Shawn has spent his entire career starting, growing and leading businesses, the last eighteen years at the confluence of privacy, data security and cyber insurance, and is a trusted source of post data breach services to breach coaches, cyber insurers, brokers and end clients worldwide. He has experience ranging from DFIR, remediation, notification, call center, regulatory, claims and ransom payments.
The Arrow Team has a storied background serving customers of a wide variety, building trust with partners in government, commercial, and higher education sectors.
